I am having the hardest time edited pictures. One, because I'm not a photographer. I sometimes play (you know...like when you were little playing "House") like one, but really...I just don't have the touch. Two because I don't have a "professional" program to edit pics on. I use Picnik, which I love with a passion, FYI. But for blurry or "thick grained" pictures (which there are so many in my raw wedding pictures) I just can't make things look good!! And three: I'm SO self conscience of the pictures. I play the scenario in my head "Oh that's so cool!" (a minute later) "oh man...that's horrible!!" (three minutes later) "Oh my GOODNESS I'm so embarrassed to have just edited this!" (five minutes later) -bangs head on table-"What am I going to DO?!". So ... it's frustrating.
So I am asking for your help. Everyone who could ever even give me some advice, please please please do so.
Do people even like to look at backs of peoples wedding dresses???
My nephew is in focus, he was really the only redeeming person in this photo all while capturing a great moment of the "Signing of the Certificates".
So yellowy - but I can't seem to change it without...ruining it! URGH!
This one is sweet =D
Black and white it is...
I hope this one is ok, because this is the one I think I am going to be sending to all the Parents, Grandparents, etc.
A little blurry, but like the color contrast...
Way too red and ... idk...but its originally WAY to yellow-y. (I have this problem with most of my pictures, who do I fix it?!)
This one I got a little away from the Yellowy tint, but check out those shadows!!
Does this break any of those rules?...You can't really see any of our face, but I just love the veil and his hand. I even cropped it to just show that part, but then it looked funny because of my arm. Not sure what the "rules" are for cropping a pic like this.
Adorable. Love this picture, but it was yellow again!! So now it seems a tad too ... black (eyes, hair) but then again, maybe its just perfect =D
The grandparents =D Lots of glow or light on the faces, but I love it still.
Getting ready picture
Letter from Bride to Husband. I actually got to edit this in Adobe and I felt very official.
Funny picture! =D Can't see the guys faces, but just enough that it's cute hehehe
SMOOCHY!
Signing again...does this look like a weird photo because the one signing the book...you can't really see anything but the hands?
Back and zipping up...
Again with the yellow...but everyone is smiling =D the little girl, in the back roe, semi to the left. I was thinking about getting a pic of her when her eyes are open, but then I thought, no...That's how she smiles at that age "Say Cheese: -little girl smiles and shuts her eyes really tight-" Its cute...
This lil man, had a semi black eye. I fixed most of it and it looks kinda real.....right??? (the eye that was damaged is our right, his left)
My favorite picuture! Though us "white girls" look like ghosts =D
This picture was HORRENDOUS to edit...seriously. The only way it looked good...was the black and white.
I hate this picture...My smile is so lame.
But the men are amazing...I'm so torn...
Not too dark I don't think...
Another one where its MY Smile that ruins the picture....but it's either me...or like 2 of the boys.
Like?....
Getting ready...
Gorgeous...and yellowish lol
I love this picture. Every one of these guys jump pretty much shows their character...its amazing.
This picture is NOT about the bride and groom...but rather the Maid of Honor and the pastor. They are married. See that...eye contact. There is something so powerful about marriage, that now I see so much communicated through those two looks.
I love the way he's looking at me =D Even though its YELLOW!
Blurry. But really cool...once again, their character's shine =D
Blurry and must less characteristic...(Through the experience of this wedding, I have realized that I HATE posed pictures. Hate hate hate!)
Love the shot of all the girls, but I keep thinking this may be too dark...
This picture stumped me so much. The lighting...it WASN'T YELLOW! i don't know what happened...
I have two of these pictures. One where Mom is looking at the camera (this one) another where Son is looking at the camera. This one is way more yellowy, but I love it much more than the other one. Something about the Mom being the one who's looking =D
Love this picture!! For some reason she looks semi splotchy?? What caused that?? Something in my editing...
This was once a Crooked picture. Hence why our heads are kinda chopped off and its really small... I hate crooked pictures more than posed ones. Woulda been nice to know my style before the wedding! lol
LOVE his face...
Groom reading the note from Bride before getting ready. (I was watching from the window..hehehehe...until I got in trouble for peeking)
Well that's it. I really would love anyone's advice on ANYTHING. I have about a million...OK 200 more pictures to go through =D.
And if anyone knows how to rotate pictures...that'd be great...they are all rotated on Windows but for some reason when I added them here they were all wrong =(
